Replying to @brandielmeinert Oreo Dip! Ingredients: Cream Cheese - 16oz Cool Whip - 2-3 8oz tubs Powdered Sugar - 2c Oreos - 30 Vanilla Extract - 1/2tsp Milk - if needed Directions: 1. Place Oreos into a ziploc bag and crush up into small pieces.  2. Add softened cream cheese to a large bowl along with cool whip, powdered sugar and vanilla extract. At this time mix everything together without the Oreos in yet. I forgot and had to add a third thing of cool whip and splash of milk to make sure the sugar mixed in.  3. Once combine add in the crushed Oreos saving a few for the topping. Serve in a bowl topped with the reserved pieces on top, nilla wafers and graham crackers. Pretzel Pigs in a Blanket with Beer Cheese are the MVP of game day snacks! ๐Ÿˆ๐Ÿฅจ Golden, salty, and wrapped around smoky little sausagesโ€”then dunked in a rich, creamy beer cheese dip. The perfect bite for Super Bowl Sunday! Make them ahead, reheat, and serve with extra cheese (because thereโ€™s no such thing as too much cheese). Whoโ€™s making these for the big game? ๐Ÿ™Œ Ingredients: Pretzel Pigs in a Blanket 1 pack Litโ€™l Smoked Sausages  1 roll crescent dough sheet 8 cups water 1/2 cup baking soda 1 tsp flakey or course salt Roll out dough sheet and slices into 6 long strips. Cut each strip into 5 sections. Roll 1 little smoked sausage into each section. Refrigerate. Boil water then gently add baking soda and little at a time (so it does not boil over). Gently drop pigs in a blanket into water. Once they rise to the top, remove them (about 15 seconds). Place pigs in a blanket onto a parchment lined sheet pan. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle on salt. Bake in a convection oven at 425ยฐF (or air fry) for 12 minutes or until they are dark golden brown. Beer cheese: 2 Tbsp salted butter 3 Tbsp flour 1 cup light beer 1 cup whole milk 2.5 cups Fresh shredded sharp cheddar Cook butter and flour together on medium heat for 1 minute, pour in beer and stir until there are no clumps left. Pour in milk and whisk until thickened. Shit off the heat and stir in cheese until smooth.  Tips: if making ahead of time, simply reheat pigs in a blanket in a 400 degree oven for 5 minutes. Our chicken drumsticks get marinaded in a sweet and savory sauce, baked, and then basted to perfectionโ€”the end result being juicy, finger linkin' chicken that will be the first thing to go at the party!  Ingredients: 1/2 cup honey  1/4 cup avocado oil 1/4 cup tamari 5 cloves of garlic, minced 2 tablespoons fresh ginger, grated  3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar  2 tablespoons sriracha (optional) 1 teaspoon garlic powder  1/2 teaspoon black pepper  2 1/2 - 3 pounds chicken drumsticks  Instructions:  Make the marinade by adding the honey, avocado oil, tamari, garlic, ginger, vinegar, sriracha, garlic powder and black pepper to a glass measuring cup or small bowl and stirring to combine.  Add the chicken to a gallon-sized plastic bag and pour the marinade over top, massaging it into the chicken until it's evenly coated. Marinate in the refrigerator for an hour or up to overnight.  Preheat oven to 400F. Line a sheet pan with tin foil or parchment paper and place a wire rack on top of the baking sheet. (Note: if you don't have a wire rack that fits on your baking sheet you can skip that step, though it is preferable.) Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it on the wire rack, reserving the marinade. Bake the chicken for 30 minutes. Recipe โคต๏ธ My go to game day app: Super Easy Queso Dip ๐Ÿง€๐Ÿซ•๐Ÿˆ Ingredients: - 1 lb pepper jack   - .6lb white American (I know itโ€™s a weird ratio but I feel like slightly more than 1/2 a pound gives me a perfect ratio) - 1 lb chorizo  - 2-3 jalapeรฑos  - 1/2 c cilantro (chopped) - 1/2 an onion (diced) - 2 tomatoes (gutted & chopped) - 1 can evaporated milk  - 1/2 c modela negra  - 1/2 tsp smoked paprika  - 1/4 tsp chili powder  - 1 tsp garlic powder  - 1/4 tsp cumin  - 1/4 tsp pepper  - 1/2 tsp salt  - tortilla chips (for dipping) Directions: 1. Air fry your jalapeรฑos @ 400F for about 15mins. Dice them up and allow them to cool.  2. Add to a bowl with your tomatoes, onions, and cilantro. Season with a pinch of salt & pepper, mix well. Set aside.  3. Cook your chorizo in a pan until done (about 5 mins). Remove some of the excess oil w paper towel. Set aside. 4. Dice up your cheeses, and add to a lightly buttered baking dish.  5. Pour in your evaporated milk & beer.  6. Add in the smoked paprika, garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.  7. Add in half your veggies, and half your chorizo. Mix well.  8. Bake at 350 for 30-40 mins. Stirring every 10ish mins to ensure a smooth texture.  9. Once everything is nice and melted, give it one last good stir, and adjust any seasonings to your liking.  10. Top with the rest of your veggies & chorizo. Serve with chips and enjoy babe! Wash potatoes and pat dry. Slice potatoes lengthwise into disks about 1/4โ€ thick. Then slice those into evenly sized fries (try to make them all uniform in size). 2. Transfer fries to a large bowl of ice water and soak for at least 20 minutes or up to 1 hour for best results.  3. Drain fries and pat dry completely with a clean towel. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 4. Place cut fries into a large dry bowl and add 2 tbsp olive oil, 1 tsp dried oregano, ยฝ tsp salt, and ยผ tsp pepper. Toss to coat the fries evenly in seasonings.  5. Lightly coat a nonstick baking sheet with olive oil (you might need two pans). Arrange fries in an even layer, making sure to leave space between each fry. 6. Bake at 400 F. Place baking sheet(s) in the oven for 20 minutes then remove baking sheet(s) and flip each fry over to ensure even cooking on all sides. Return to oven for 20 more minutes or until crispy on the outside. 7. Prepare garlic oil while fries bake. In a small bowl combine 2 tbsp olive oil, 4 cloves minced garlic, 1 tsp dried oregano and juice from ยฝ a lemon. 8. Chop fresh parsley, crumble feta, and zest ยฝ a lemon. 9. Another fun appetizer for Super Bowl Sunday (or just because duh)!!!๐Ÿˆ ๐Ÿฆ€Crabby Pattyyy jk CRAB DIP IN A BREAD BOWLLLLL๐Ÿฆ€ Recipe by Tastes Better From Scratchโœจ๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿป 8oz Cream Cheese 1/4c Mayo 1/4c Sour Cream 4 Garlic Cloves (Minced) Green Onion (Chopped) 2tsp Old Bay Seasoning Salt 1tsp Worcestershire Lemon Juice Hot Sauce๐ŸŒถ๏ธ Crab Cheddar Cheese (Shredded) Bread Bowlโ€จ Preheat your oven to 400. While it preheats, prepare your bread bowl and filling.  Cut a circle in your bread and pull out the insides. Rub olive oil on the outside and bake it in the oven for 10 minutes. Remove it from the oven and let sit. Then reduce the oven temp to 350. Using your electric mixer, beat the cream cheese. Once smooth, add the mayo, sour cream, minced garlic, chopped green onion, salt, Worcestershire, and lemon juice. Mix to combine. Lastly add the cheddar (reserving some to sprinkle on top), hot sauce and crab.  Add the filling into the bread bowl and top it with the remaining cheese. Ingredients: Turkey - 1/2lb Ham - 1/2lb Salami - 1/2lb (donโ€™t forget it like me) Pepperoni - 1/2lb Provolone - 1/2lb Red Onion - 1/2 Shredded Lettuce - 3c Mayo - 1+ c Red Wine Vinegar - 2tbsp Italian Seasoning  Hot Cherry Pepper Hoagie Spread - 2tbsp Italian Bread Directions: 1. This is one of the easiest dips youโ€™ll ever make for an event! All you have to do is chop everything up, mix and youโ€™re set!  2. I used a half pound of all the deli meats and the cheese. But the best thing about this recipe is that itโ€™s fully customizable! But my usual is turkey, ham, salami and pepperoni. Then some provolone cheese. I cut up a head of iceberg lettuce but you can always just buy the pre shredded.  3. Combine everything to a large bowl and then add in your mayo. I did a little over one cup but, again, you can add as little or as much as you want. Then 2tbsp tablespoons of red wine vinegar, some Italian seasoning and then my secret weapon is the hot cherry pepper spread.  4. Serve it with chips, but I prefer some nice Italian bread.
