BEEF TACO BOWLS 🌮 w/ a twist ! recipe below! INGREDIENTS: - 2-4 burrito tortillas or however many you’re serving (I’m using @Siete Foods ) - 1 pound ground beef - Taco seasoning packet FOR THE CREMA: - 2-3 tbsps sour cream (I’m using dairy free @Forager Project ) - Juice from a quarter of a lime - 1/4 tsp chipotle powder TOPPINGS: - Romaine letttuce - Roma tomato (diced) - Sliced avocado - Cilantro (roughly chopped) INSTRUCTIONS: - Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. - in a skillet over medium heat, add a drizzle of olive oil and a pound of ground beef. Break it up til it’s brown you know the drill. - While we wait for that to brown, I started prepping my toppings. Chopped your romaine lettuce, dice your Roma tomato, slice your avocado, roughly chop cilantro (feel free to substitute any of the toppings for whatever your heart desires!) - In a bowl, add all your crema ingredients (listed above). Mix until smooth. Set aside til serving. - By then your meat should be browned, add in a packet of taco seasoning and 1/4 cup of water. Mix until well combined. - In a bowl, fold in your burrito tortilla to the shape of your taco salad bowl. (Easier to explain while showing in video) - Pop it in the oven for 8-10 minutes or until you reach a crispness of your liking. - Then it’s time to plate! - Add your ground beef to the taco bowl, add your toppings over top, drizzle with crema and serve!!!! So yummy and easy !!!!! @Caraway Home #tacobowls #tacos #beeftacos #easydinner #healthydinner #wholefoodrecipes #dairyfreerecipes #dairyfree #glutenfree #dinnerfortwo #healthydinnerideas #highprotein #wholefoodsdiet

Crockpot Beef Taco Bowls 🤤 This beef is so tender and so juicy you have to make this. It’s so EASY! Remember that chuck roast is a more fatty cut of meat so if you’re fitting this into your macro plan choose leaner proteins through out the rest of the day. I made this with cauliflower rice, I have some medical things going on so I am restricting carbs currently. BUT don’t get me wrong I am a carb girlie all the way and highly recommend not skipping out on them. You can make these with white rice, brown rice, quinoa, or sweet potato and the bowls would be equally as excellent. Crockpot Beef: 3lb or more Chuck Roast 1 Yellow Onion 4 Cloves of Garlic 2 Packets Siete Foods Taco Seasoning 1 Container Kettle Fire Bone Broth 2 Cups Water •Slice your onion & chop your garlic. Throw in the crockpot along with your roast. Add taco seasoning, bone broth, & water. Cook in the crockpot on high for 6 hours & then shred! Cauliflower(or regular) Rice 1 Package Frozen Cauliflower Rice 1 Bunch Cilantro Zest of 1 Lime Juice of 1/2 Lime 1 TBSP Butter Salt & Pepper Cook cauliflower rice (or regular) according to package instructions. Once cooked add in your butter, lime zest, lime juice, chopped cilantro, and seasonings and mix together. Toppings -Sky’s the limit! Shredded Iceberg Lettuce Pico De Gallo Avocado Greek Yogurt (sub for sour cream) Hot Sauce Assemble your bowl and enjoy throughout the week! XOXO, Dani😘 #tacobowls #mealprep
