It’s been a while since we’ve had a full day outside like that.  It was also the first time where I didn’t really hold back. We could play and for the most part, I had my foot on the gas… Made me realize that they are getting older, (and so am I) Prioritizing my physical health so I can stretch out as many days like this as possible with them is my focus, and maybe one day with kids of their own.  I hear patients all the time looking for support or ways to reclaim their capacity back! But don’t know how to get started again….they want to feel strong, & able but are overwhelmed with it all. Pain is complex, sometimes we need to adjust some variables and contunue on!  - volume of training/exercise - sleep quality - range of motion with activity  - stress management  - our perception of our own pain - tempo/intensity during workouts - frequency of movement - major life events - recovery time.
