IG: @_jordan_242 Lemon8: @papijoe242 RedNote: @papijoe242 YT: @papijoe242 Ingredients: • shrimp • smoked sausage • pasta noodles (penne) • bell peppers (green, red & orange) • onion • minced garlic • heavy whipping cream • mozzarella cheese • parmesan cheese • freshly chopped parsley • olive oil • seasonings (salt, black pepper, adobo, crushed red pepper flakes, old bay, jerk, slap ya mama, onion powder & garlic powder) Instructions: Slice 1/4 of a yellow onion and bell peppers. Drizzle olive oil on your shrimp and season with the seasonings shown. Prior to filming, I cleaned and removed the tails from the shrimps (personal preference). Slice your smoked sausage and set aside in a separate dish/ container. In a medium size pot (under medium level heat), add water, olive oil and salt. Bring to a boil and add your pasta. In a frying pan (under medium level heat), coat with olive oil and proceed to cook your sliced smoked sausage for 2-3 minutes on each side. Once done, add your seasoned shrimp into the frying pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side. Once cooked, add your sliced vegetables and 1 tbsp of minced garlic. Allow the vegetables to cook for about 2-3 minutes then add 1.5 cups of heavy whipping cream followed by 2 tbsp of unsalted butter. Mix thoroughly. Season your sauce with the seasonings shown. Next, add 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup of freshly shredded parmesan cheese, freshly chopped parsley and 1/2 cup of pasta water. Once your sauce is mixed thoroughly, add your pasta noodles, shrimp and smoked sausage. Garnish with more parmesan cheese and parsley. I hope you enjoy this recipe and follow for more!
