“I don’t want to get too bulky” I hear this way too often… Toned is the exact same thing as putting on muscle.  If you’re afraid to put on muscle you will never achieve that “toned” look.  Here’s what needs to happen👇 - You must be willing to eat more food   -Increase your protein (almost all ladies who come to me are way under consuming protein)  - You must be willing to ditch the intense cardio bunny  mindset and focus on strength training with fat burn cardio If you think hours on the treadmill and eating salads is going to give you that toned look, you will be disappointed.  And trust me you aren’t going to get bulky 😅 as women we really have to train intensely to get “bulky” considering our hormones are much different than males.
