A lot people are surprised how flexible I am due to having a lot of muscle mass but having great mobility is essential! It’s something I’ve always done and never shy away from. You know must know the difference between a dynamic stretch vs a static stretch. I may start off with static stretching then go into dynamic but you always want warm your muscles up before training.
