Spicy Ground Turkey Stir-Fry Wraps  Ingredients: 	•	1 lb ground turkey 	•	1 bell pepper, sliced 	•	1 zucchini, diced 	•	1/2 onion, diced 	•	2 cloves garlic, minced 	•	1 cup spinach 	•	1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 	•	1 tbsp olive oil 	•	1-2 tsp chili flakes (adjust to heat preference) 	•	1 tbsp balsamic vinegar 	•	1 tsp smoked paprika 	•	Salt and pepper to taste 	•	Optional: Lettuce leaves for serving (as wraps) or tortillas  Instructions: 	1.	Cook the Turkey: 	•	Heat olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the garlic and onion and sauté for 2-3 minutes until fragrant and soft. 	•	Add the ground turkey to the skillet. Cook, breaking it up with a spoon, until browned and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes). 	2.	Add the Veggies: 	•	Add the bell pepper, zucchini, and cherry tomatoes.
