I’ll say it over and over until my face turns blue, poor posture and back pain isn’t a “normal”  part of aging and it isn’t “genetic”. With the  right balanced fitness  routine, you won’t have  back pain, you’ll be able to improve your posture, and prevent back pain!  Back pain and poor posture may be common with aging, but just because it’s common doesn’t mean it’s “normal”.  As we age, we stop being as physically active as we once were which can contribute to back pain.
