BIG MAC SALAD 🍔🥗 When you can have McDonald’s and still hit your goals>> This low carb, delicious twist on a Big Mac is the ultimate healthy recipe! INGREDIENTS: Salad- -1 lb extra-lean ground beef -Salt and pepper -1 yellow onion, diced -1/2 cup dill pickles, chopped -2 roma tomatoes, diced -1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese -2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped Big Mac sauce- -1/2 cup avocado mayo -2 tbsp no sugar added ketchup -1 tbsp relish DIRECTIONS: 1. Cook ground beef in a skillet and season with salt and pepper. 2. Mix Big Mac sauce ingredients together. 3. Add your salad ingredients in a large bowl- lettuce, ground beef, onions, pickles, tomatoes, and cheese. Top with sauce and enjoy! 4. RAINBOW MEDITERRANEAN BEAN SALAD 🥗🫘🍅🧅 RECIPE BELOW 📝⬇️ INGREDIENTS: •Persian cucumbers •grape tomatoes •red onion •cannellini beans or chickpeas •radish (optional) •bell peppers •green onion or any herbs •feta for serving (optional) Dressing: •3 tbsps olive oil •1 tbsp red wine vinegar •1 tsp Dijon mustard •1/2 lemon, juiced •salt and pepper to taste •1/2 tsp oregano DIRECTIONS: •Clean and chop all your veggies and add to a bowl. Drain beans and add to bowl. •Blend dressing ingredients. •Drizzle dressing over bean salad.
