In this video, I’m using cordless ropes to demonstrate a great option for those who can’t jump due to joint concerns, want to avoid extra impact, or even have low ceilings. To get the most out of cordless ropes, I use weighted handles (like the ones in this video) and incorporate stepping in rhythm. If you watch closely, every swing of the rope matches a step—just like I’d be doing in real-time jumps. It’s all about maintaining the same timing and intensity for a killer workout!
