#healthymomdiary how are you doing?💖I know it’s been a few days since I’ve checked in but so much has been happening & it’s been so devistating to watch it all go down! I thought it wasn’t right to post at all out of respect. Also still don’t think it is but I know so many of you are on this journey with me & know how much it helps when I do share my wellness tips and life in general🥹 love you all so much & let’s continue to pray & hope everything gets better! Recipes below: • Salsa: Grill 7 tomatillos, 1/4 white onion, 8 serrano peppers & 3 garlic cloves until they’re chard on all sides then transfer to a blender with 4-5 chile de árbol (already chard) 1/2 cup water & salt to taste then pulse blend for a chunky consistency. Top with green onion & cilantro. • Beef: thinly slice the flap meat and cook on medium heat with salt, pepper & total seasoning. Once half way cooked add in 1 green, red & yellow bell pepper. Cover and cook on low heat. • Red potatoes: chop potatoes. Add avocado oil, smoked paprika, pepper & total seasoning then grill on medium heat until fork tender. • Mini cucumbers: just thinly sliced using a slicer 🔗 on my Amazon in bio under kitchen. • Pickled onion: 1 full thinly sliced red onion placed in a container with salt, pepper & two juiced limes.
