Here are some important reminders about fat loss for vegan women over 30 years old: . 1. Prioritize balanced meals: build your meal around protein (think tofu, tempeh, fava tofu, tvp, pea milk, Greek vegan yogurt), add a carb add a fat source and add that volume aka color.
