large lime juiced on 2SL Ezekiel toast + cup c spinach, salt/peppery to taste. protein=33gr 2️⃣ Fava Tofu bowl: Ingredients: 2/3c whole wheat noodles, 4oz fava Tofu cubed, 2 tsp soy sauce, 1/2c Edamame, ¾ Large Cucumber, 1c Carrot shredded, 2c Purple Cabbage shredded.
