Approximate macros for the whole bowl: 462 cals cals | 7.4 c | 20.9 f | 62.7 P ‼️ Here’s what you need:  Ground meat 93% lean (mine was already made, I seasoned it with taco seasoning for another meal and it still went great with this). 4 oz serving  1 good culture low fat classic  17 turkey pepperoni slices  41g Part Skim Mozzarella Italian seasoning  Measure out your ground meat, add the cottage cheese MIX and flatten. Add Italian seasoning, cheese on top and pizza slices, cook in the microwave for about a minute and a half.  You could add pizza sauce too on the base but I didn’t.  Boom! That’s it. Mom Monday meal prep babbbby ✨ Are you excited because I am!  If you see someone who tends to not eat because you forget meal prep will save your life, unless you like being ravenous at 4 PM idk I don’t.  All you chicken: Shredded chicken: 3 chicken breasts (I did thin sliced)  Chicken broth 1 cup  Garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, onion powder and whatever else you want. Put on high for about 2 hours, make sure it’s white and then let it rest before shredding. Here’s the breakdown you need: Serves 6  Trader Joe’s- HP tofu 3.5oz per sandwich, 1SL cheddar cheese per sandwich, 1 sausage patty per sandwich and English muffin . Cut the tofu add to pan, spray with olive oil, roughly1/4 tsp of tumeric, garlic powder and salt to taste to both sides of tofu. Cook each side 3minutes. Assemble the muffins. Add tofu, cheese, a sausage and wrap with paper towel and foil. Place in fridge/freezer. Heat up when ready to eat! Pair with veggies for volume/fiber to help with satisfaction 💚 .
