Incline Smith 1. 6-8 reps 2. 8-12 reps, rest for 20 seconds and go again to failure. Cable chest press 1. 6-8 reps 2. 8-12 reps 3. 12-15 reps Dumbbell Lateral Raise 1. 6-8 reps 2. 8-12 reps 3. 12-15 reps Overhead dumbbell tricep extension  1. 6-8 reps 2. 8-12 reps Dip machine  1. 6-8 reps 2. 8-12 reps. Rest 20 seconds and go again to failure. 12 working sets in total. Doing much more than this on one muscle group and you begin to waste your time. 12 sets to make count. Quality over quantity wins when it comes to building muscle 🫡 Push yourself as hard as you can, and focus on getting a full range of motion. Feel the muscle stretch and contract them hard. A post by @samsliftlife on TikTok caption: WEEK 3 ✅ 3rd week down on the cut and now down from 93.5kg to a low of 90.2kg, but a weekly average weight of 90.5kg.  This average was brought up by this mornings weight having seen a big fluctuation after getting carried away on the seltzers at the England game last night 😂🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 It’s coming home 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿⚽️ Was only a little slip but a slip nonetheless, we still dropped half a KG which is lovely. This week I am targeting a faster rate of loss as I do not want to be on this cut forever.  This week was great. My gym sessions felt the best they have done in quite some time. To the point that the night before I was on edge itching for my next session 🤩💪 I nailed all my steps and got one 10k run under the best too.
